Create a survey that asks questions your follower might be curious to learn the answers to. For instance, a wedding planner might ask about how much people planned to spend on their wedding versus how much they actually ended up spending (in an anonymous survey). That's information other people planning their wedding would find very interesting.
Why you should post this:
Provide value to your followers by helping them understand the problems your products solve. Education content doesn't need to be sales-oriented. For example, a business that sells eco-friendly products could create posts that highlight key statistics around climate change or the problem with single-use plastics.
Other examples of education content are posts that show how your product solves a particular problem, quick tips and tricks on how to best use your products, and gift guides for specific holidays.
